All amenities are on the platform 1. Food plaza is in the mid portion, beside Jan Ahar. Cloak room (I was charged rs. 15 for one luggage for 2 hours, don't know the whole rate structure) near the end of the platform (Kolkata side).
2nd class and higher class waiting rooms are there too. Sitting arrangement is on the platform along with enough numbers of charging points.
Cold drinking water machine is present.
