The question I have is how did it take India's contribution of 4888 Crore for this one train to run !?!
ट्रेन पटरी पे चलती है और सभी संसाधन नए बनाए गए हैं,,, कमाल है ये बेसिक बात आप महसूस नहीं कर रहे ?
I understand that almost everything was built from scratch but the cost still seemed too high for 1 train. After digging further, its clear that the Indian govt has issued a 'soft loan' of 800 Million to restore rail links in all of North Sri Lanka, not just this one train. That makes much more sense.
