10km track double karne mein 7 saal lag gaye. Great ER MLDT Div.
Malda.Divisions revenue comes from NTPC Farakka(2700 MW) & NTPC Kahalgaon(3300MW)...TThat's why given note importance in doubling & electrifying UDL RPH NFK section....even Coal for Kahalgaon is carried by Ring Rail from Farakka which doesn't uses Sahibfunj Loop....
That's a bitter truth, and that's why I daily read the article saying MLDT Div. is doing partiality to sbg loop section. Once they send a freight thru the loop line, whole section will come to a standstill, and trains will be delayed fr hours.
