Name change really matters. U cannot say that as someone is RF he can agree any name being put to a train. Will u agree if IR runs a train from Nagpur to Delhi and names it as Nagaland express???????? Be practical and unbiased man. When all states have a train on their state names running till New Delhi there is nothing wrong in people of Telangana asking for renaming the current AP Express which doesn't cover any parts of Andhra any more. I don't know why people are making a big mess out of this issue and even SCR has to initiate the process of changing name as soon as possible.
