for example, Ahmedabad has got its own quota of seats on this train - 16507. The chart is prepared at Ahmedabad (3-4 hours before departure from Ahmedabad) and any waiting list under this quota will be RLWL.
If you book ticket from Bhagat ki Kothi or Pali Marwar to Bangalore, you will get seats from General Quota for which the chart is prepard at Bhagat ki Kothi.
