Is ms-cape is less important as compared to mas-tvc-cape?

Not at all KVA ji. MS -CAPE has its own importance. Existing trains in btwn MAS and TVC will remain running thru' sa, pgt because it fully covers kerala state.
Additional trains may be introduced via NCJ, MDU in future once NCJ-CGL FEDL.

Expecting this route with many traffic like mas-tvc-cape route after double electrification
traffic is still prevailing KVA. but i doubt on long trains traffic in MDU TEN NCJ section
