yes loco reversal is needed and its time waste and fuel consumption.
if no stop provided between gwd-rc-sc, then what is the use of rerouted of this train?

loco reverse (yes or no) diversion of this train is not possible since another sk is their for karnataka catering ka pax's
O.k. diversion is not possible. but loco reversal is no need if you are travelling to HYDERABAD. And if you are travelling to KURNOOL/KRNT rout then loco reversal is needed.
