Although local train travel charges in Mumbai area are increased to ₹15 and ₹20, CVM coupons are still made available interms of ₹1 to ₹4 only.
What I feel is these should be made available interms of ₹5 and ₹10, which elimates queues at some busy stations and saves time of passenger.
I tried to file a suugestion to IR directly through complaints/suggestions, but failed a lot of times with some bugs/errors.
