1. This could be really inconvenient for somebody who is traveling to Mumbai for the first time in this train. If they only knew how to proceed from CSTM or had somebody coming to receive them, it would be a big hassle.
2. The train is surprisingly empty for a train from Gorakhpur side to Mumbai. Special not given even publicity, perhaps?
