can be done too minster clearly saying to rm about this slip train from tpty and train to start from vskp, so this tells bza dont have capacity to run long distance train on their own as of now
so extension to ap area welcome sir it good for ap pax so max pax will be benifted even though if ac exp didnot get slip coaches

I guess, slip coaches can be attached to VSKP - LTT as its not 24 coacher. From TPTY, a new train is required at 23:30 towards BZA, that wud be great.
