Dear sir,
All railway amenities, restaurents ATMS, call centres , food vender shopes are found at the centre of the platform. for the 18 to 20 coaches trains it is not possible to get the fecilites for the travellers of first and end coaches in 2 to 5 minutes halt of the train, Hence all the fecilities to be divided equally in three parts of the platform so that every coach passenger can avial the fecilities of platform provided.
I hope that the authorities will take nessasary steps in this regard.
