Near engine, there is no general coach. There is 1 handicap coach and 1 military coach and they do not allow general public to enter their coach. Why it is so?

Military coach is only for military personnel.. N handicapped coach for handicapped peoples.. Prefer not to board in handicapped coaches because security squad in train can ask u to get down at anystation if they see u ..
