i had booked an e ticket from via agent. The train was cancelled. I told him about the same after 4-5 days after the date of journey. He filed tdr reason train canceled and sent my photo id and letter from me as supporting documents as required. I got half refund. Will i receive the balance half or not

I did not ask for proof...but I am getting info more than expected so why not look at it....thanks.
If the train was cancelled on that day you can send a e-mail to IRCTC again to pursue your claim.
