Starting from Howrah to reach Chennai there is no train which will reach chennai between 04:15 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Is it very difficult to add such a train which will reach Chennai in between the above mentioned times??
no train can reach in b/n if rake is sr means can be possible
for that trains must start early from hwh side 6-10am after falknama can be possible

couple of options either it should be upto PDY or should be SR rate if it has to reach before 8 am after 9.45 am could be possible though
It is matter of IR, how they will manage. From my view it is not impossible, because the premium one is reaching in that time range. But it is weekly and costly. So IR can think.
