Increase production of LHB coaches so that by 2017 all r converted to Lhb trains increases passenger comfort and make it automated production ask engineers thy know how to do that only ur office just to get it done

Its not just a matter of putting the parts together. These coaches cost a lot to manufacture and also robustness is of the utmost importance. Such rigorous specifications cannot be fully automated until we have enough data about ALL possible modes of failure. If you want more evidence look at the Airlines systems around the world (including Japan's :) ). They are all using technology that's almost 2 decades old. Because for such large scale systems, "Tried and tested" is more valuable and important than "New and better".
