New RM should be developed the existing Railway Infrastructures and the long pending essential Railway Projects with this 2 Lakh Crore Rupees every year for the next 5 years and then go for the Long Distance HST.
Railway should be added every year around 5000 km of Rail Route length for the benefit of common people who can get the cheapest and convenient mode of transportation over Road System.
