mostly at the stations where it halt for more then 10 minute. Please check where it halt more then 10 minute
i know that it happens in Vishakapatnam :)
As it has 20 mins halt over there. If i want to say the fact, the worst toilets in my life was seen in this train only, while i m traveling to SC to VZM

Even at BZA also they clean i think...i have seen for most of the trains they do that.
