DERESERVED SLEEPER COACHES
Stealing a leaf out of SR's book, ECoR has now adopted the practice of dereserving sleeper coaches. Accordingly coaches S-7 of Secunderabad-bound Visakha Express is DERESERVED for travel between Bhubaneswar and Palasa and coaches S-4 & S-5 of Mumbai-bound Konark Express for travel between Bhubaneswar and Brahmapur.

Maybe but I have not seen this in ER or SER. But it is reportedly also there in NER I understand. If you are aware let us know where else this practice exists
I think sir if I still got my memory correct; Toofan Exprees some coches are deserved between Jasidih and Patna for office goers. One cannot object people bording the train between these stations.
Whose train it is is irrelevant. What is important is which zone offers the facility of dereserved coaches. AFAIK the practice is not in vogue anywhere in ER or SER. For that matter not earlier in ECoR too.
