They will be very happy for a big order. They work on a 10% commission basis so it is good money for them.
yes you may order for large number of passengers at a time, they are boarding same coach?
I traveled in Jan 2014 and the pantry was good. Only vegetarian food is offered. I think most of the trains to Gujarat and Rajasthan only offer vegetarian.
