This is a never ending debate, how could be two different trains have the same name, just because they have RSA ? BTW, at most of ER stations, this train is named just sealdah delhi and sdah bsb, not even upper india, if you don't believe, I would upload and send you the link of the audio of announcement, second, see the trainboard. Again, sdah bsb has just the trainboard of varanasi exp. So upper india is just spoken name, and not actual name.
