A report panel should be present at the top of every trains page which will have fields like
Speed
Cleanliness
Punctuality
Food
And it will be based on trips taken by IRI members
On every trip end a user can have an optional choice of rating the train with stars
1=Poor
2=Average
3=Satisfied
4=Good
5=Excellent

A very good suggestion only if the mind over rules the heart in making unbiased,rational observations.I believe every member can contribute to making someone's travel a whole lot better by bringing forward both positive and negative experiences felt through out a journey in a very presentable non objectionable manner.One can be critical and can use strong words when feeling let down by the number of services provided by the I.R be it from operational parametres to in-coach facilities but in a way that makes the readers take note of it in a constructive manner.
