if my wl e-ticket does not get cnfrmd and i dont cancel the ticket den will i get a refund?

but my frnd told me recently dat it does not get auto cancelled and i will not get d refund acc to new rrailway rules
Your friend provided you wrong information. WL E-tickets gets auto cancelled and money is refunded in 3-4 days.
