This train will be more or less like Sealdah duronto in terms of punctuality.
It will be punctual at start, and then be regularly delayed later.
In terms of occupancy, time will tell. Currently, BPL shatabdi is the best option for a day sightseeing tour to Agra from Delhi, because of the timings.
From tourists perspective, I'm not sure about this train, time...
