(SMET ) Shivamogga Station has Three Ticket Counters. But Operating with one counter always. Second counter open only in the time Bangalore intercity train and express train going time only.
Afternoon , from Shivamogga Town to Talaguppa and at the same time Shivamogga Town to Bangalore going train departure almost same time every day. There is a maximum number of passengers want tickets. Train Departure at 1.50 to Talaguppa and 2.00 to Bengaluru. Station is operating with only one counter up to 1.30 after 1.30 they open second one. Station Master not observing this I hope. Station Members are waiting for people should stand in rush to take ticket then counter will open.

In evening also Talaguppa and Bengalur going passenger enter into counter from evening 6.00 Counter close at 7.00 because they have shift wise duty. Once Clock showing 7.00 counters will close. Again it opens at 7.30 to 7.45. Why don’t you have employees to work properly?
