This might be the way forward for generating additional revenue for railways.
The railway minister has recently said that there is huge potential underutilized by railways which is basically that now coaches can be used by companies for branding etc to promote their products.Apart from fare increases, this is another way of additional revenue generation . While we already have many train rakes having the same, there is a proposal to make it extensively used.
