I would like to know what the procedure will be for;
1. I my ticket to bangalore on 19/12/2014 is finalized on RAC 7,8,9 & 10 can i travel in that train?
2. How do i make booking / setting with TC for a RESERVATION ?

One and simple solution for your problem is -
Ur RAC ticket will get confirmed a day before charting :D
Ur RAC ticket will get confirmed a day before charting :D
The way WL gets updated upon cancellation by others, HOW does RAC progress to CONFIRM or it stays the way it is & gets updated 1 DAY prior to CHARTING?
cancellations are very common.
for any confirmed ticket cancellation, RAC progresses towards confirmation before charting.
