what is the way to deal with this coolie's at station who sells the seats at 50 Rs.
all the public is fed with this?

This is an abuse generated out of scarcity of available facility coupled with the knowingly neglecting by the local administration(S) at large.
Though we should ourselves understand and should not buy but this seems to be good theoretical lecture as when it is our turn, we become ready to pay 75 against 50 so that our seat at least, is assured.
