Yes, that is happening due to the delay. Odisha wanted to have ALL the KK line and is insisting to use Paradeep port and upcoming new port which belongs to GJ state business tycoon.
Dont think Odisha only,even SCR is playing its role.
The point is ECoR is thiking abt Odisha offcourse for revenue only and SCR is thinking abt Profits
