in a through telescopic ticket , is it possible to cancel the 1st leg of journey while still retaining the 2nd leg of ticket as it is ?
No...
agar first leg cancelled hota hai to second leg apne aap canceled ho jata hai

thank you both for the quick reply ..i have connection of samta and USK to go to JAT ... samta till yesterday was running 3 hours late , which was ok , but yesterday it went berserk and reached NZM 9 hours late ....
