Traveled by this train last Saturday between TPJ and MAQ. Some observations:
1) Reach TPJ from PDY around 20 mins late and departed 30 mins late (The MV - MYS express departed at 2110 hrs).
2) Though the timetable was showing less stops, this train has unscheduled halts at many stations.
3) It halted at Ferok, Vadakara, Payyanur, Charvathur, Kanhangad, Kumbala, Uppal...

and Manjeshwar to mention a few.
4) When checked with TTE, he mentioned these stops as unscheduled. But I was amused when RMS was unloaded and loaded from this train at Vadakara.
5) The train was halted before Nethravathi bridge for a good 20 minutes and again for 30 minutes after crossing Nethravathi.
6) Reached Mangalore around 15 minutes late.
