What are the cancellation charges after chart preparation of e-ticket ?
I mean once TDR is filled how much will be returned ( how much will be deducted ) ? If I file the TDR before 6 hours of departure ?

If I cancel the CNF ticket after chart preparation and 12 hours before the departure of train ?
1. E-ticket still 50% ( Through TDR ) ?
2. PRS ticket also 50 % ( At PRS) ?

I doubt chart is prepared 12 hrs b4 train's dep. if your tkt remains in RAC after charting and u wish not to travel file TDR selecting Tkt remained in RAC after charting. this will entitle u min. cancelation charges.
If u r tkt is CNF and u didn't travel u need to select pax not traveled option.. ( for etkt ) d refund is around 50 % excl. bank charges.
if PRS tkt, even then, it is 50 % only..

There are instances were the boarding point is different that train originating station and hence chart is prepared more than 12hours in advance.

For CNF Ticket TDR should be filled within 2 Hrs from Dep of train to get 50% refund else no refund...
