MAS presented a higher crowd and the display board indicated the reasons for a heavier crowd. Platform allocation was not done for our train yet and 12657 mail was allotted PF-5
12615

GT Express was leaving from PF-3 as we entered. Sooner RPM WAP7 entered Pf-2 with the Shatabdi from Coimbatore. 12295 Sanghamithra from Bangalore was expected to reach at 23:15 hrs as its counterpart from Patna was expected at 01:30 hrs instead of 13:30 hrs a massive delay. In the meantime, announcement went for 12577 Bagmati to Mysore entering on Pf-11 as it came with JHS WAG-5A. Sooner display board shifted to the incoming Rajdhani, expected at 0430 hrs on 26th morning
At 22:50hrs, Yercaud Express left following the Mumbai mail from Pf-1 which left at 22:45. Howrah mail was stationed on Pf-9 with Erode WAP4 at other end being Corromandel link, while another Erode WAP4 occupied Pf-10 with the 13352 Dhanbad Express. At 23:15 hrs, 12676 Kovai Express entered in PF-4 while the rake of mail was shunted in at PF-5 around same time. Announcement went for Jan shatabdi to arrive at 23:15 hrs from BZA.
At 23:25hrs, the display board came to life indicating platform of 22681 as PF-1 and the whole crowd proceeded. TNP wDM-7 shunted the train in. surprisingly only the reserved coaches were full while general sported a vacant look corteousy 3 back to back trains aroudn same time- At 23:40 hrs the mail left the platform as tVC-KRBA Express made its way into Pf-6
Having office the next day, planned to retire early an dput up the berths. Went to the upper at 5 mins past midnight when the WAP4 let out its horn and started pulling out of the platform.
A deep sleep later, woke up tinf myself freezing under the fan. it was around 02 hrs and announcement went for HWH-YPR Express arrival at KPD junction. Fan was switched off and went off to sleep again to wake yp at 5:25Am as we left Cantt. Packed my belongings and got ready as we pulle dinto Pf-5 of sBC at 5:40Am late by 15 mins with 12027, 12608 & 12610 to chennai occupying Pf-6, Pf-1 and Pf-2 respectively and 12677 on Pf-3
