This complaint is with reference to the lowering of side upper berth in the combination train of Mumbai Exp(7031 & 2)/ Hussain Sagar Super fast express (2701&2)which ply between Hyderabad and Mumbai daily.
On account of the resolution taken by railways to remove the side middle berth in all the trains, the side upper berth which is at a relatively low height than the upper berth is now at a height more than the height of upper berth. The railways had removed the side middle, but forget/neglected to lower down the height of the side upper berth in most of the coaches. This is causing a lot of inconvenience and trouble to the passengers.

Dear Madhukar,
I am also with you regarding the discomfort of Side upper berths. I request you, and other fellow bloggers, to bring this issue to the notice of Indian Railways by giving complaint in their official website www.indianrail.gov.in
Regards,
Shiva Prasad
