Could have been. But the sole purpose of this train is to carry piligrims from Bangalore and suburbs to Tirupathi for Vaikuntha Ekadashi which is on 1st Jan. SWR will consider that as less than least priority and have no intension of any sort to provide facility for people in Ongole and Nellore on this one time special.
