I would like to travel from Jalandhar to Delhi return and have heard that there is a fast express train which takes approximately 4-6 hours that is also air conditioned. Can anyone please tell me which train this is and how I can book from abroad. I reside in the UK and have heard about this train from friends.

There are two shatabdi trains ( one in morning & Other in Evening). It took exactly 5 Hrs from jalandar to delhi.
