Just for trial purpose.
A slow Express train, meant for tourist purposes, who can reach Vizag bit early , but yes have chances to miss Godavari Express.
As Araku doesn't has any proper facility to idle the rake, the rake will b stationed at Koraput n will have maintenance at VSKP CDO.
Locos will b single WAG-5 or WAG-9, depending.

The ghats I can understand and agree with you. But your train is very slow in the plains too- from KTV to VKSP. Especially from SCM 1Hr 10Mnts for 8KM is too much slack.
That's slack.
Why? because this train has chances to get delayed in section due to freights crossing n there are loads of restrictions.
Designed as per regular journey experience apart from 58501/58502's TT.

Well, then please don't call it an Express with only 29KMPH avg speed. Please make it a Passenger/Fast Passenger.
No big deal. I don't count Avg speed in imagination.
however, if RB proposes such train, then obviously it'll b called Fast Passenger or whatever.
And anyhow, in this section, even a Rajdhani will turn into Passenger train as clearance isn't so easy as expected.

I am not asking for 59/69 KMPH too. I have been there, I know what is the situation. But the situation is not that bad for 29KMPH also. Either way, even Rajdhani goes 12-15Hrs late in Winter. But that doesn't mean that they inject 15Hrs slack in Rajdhani's TT. It's OK to be realistic, but you have to be bit optimistic also. Anyway, it's your train and if you think that it's perfect in our own way then I don't have any issue with that.
