This post is for MP's (both Lok Sabha & Rajya Sabha)who are representing their area falling under jurisdiction of Nanded Divison of SCR.
According to press-release of SCR on today, Hon. Railway Min. Suresh Prabhu will take a high-level meeting with Senior Officers of SCR, and with MP's on 8-Jan to discuss performance of SCR o­n various issues such as freight / passenger traffic, earnings, safety/security, cleanliness, passenger amenities, infrastructure development and various initiatives for providing improved service to rail users o­n the Zone. The views and the proposals of Hon’ble MPs o­n railway developmental activities and services in this region will also be discussed in these meetings.

there are following topics/demands should be/ can be discussed in the meeting.
Infrastructure Issues:-
1. Doubling Issue of Mudkhed-Parbhani (Although work sanctioned 5 years ago, but, SCR did not built track even 1 meter)
2. Pit-Line Issue at Aurangabad (Due to this issue, several trains are not able to extend till AWB, although demand is there)
3. Diesel Loco Shed at Purna Jn
4. Gauge Conversion of Akola-Khandwa
Budget Required for following Projects:-
1. Ahemadnagar-Parli (This is the oldest project of Marathwada Region which is pending)
2. Solapur-Dhule
3. Wardha-Yavatmal-Nanded
New Trains:-
1. Nanded-Mumbai SF Express
2. Nanded-Aurangabad (Intercity)
3. Nanded-Jammu Tavi Express (Via: Aurangabad):- Please be specific while demanding this one
Slip Trains:-
There is a possibility to attach and detach some coaches of Nagpur-Kolhapur Express at Purna. Detached Coaches can be sent to Nanded. Thus, it gives direct connectivity from Nanded to Kolhapur.
Extension of Trains:-
1. Santragachi-Nanded to Aurangabad
2. Patna-Purna to Aurangabad
3. Kacheguda-Akola to Amravati
Increase in Frequency:-
1. Nanded-Pune SF Express from Bi-Weekly to Tri-Weekly.
2. Nizamabad-LTT Express from Weekly to Bi-Weekly
Need of Coaches:-
1. Nanded-Pune SF Express/ Regular Express will require 2 more SL's
2. Nanded-Una will require 4 more SL's
3. Nanded-Sri Ganganagar will require 1 2AC.

Thnx for your opinion. Well let me put in this way. From SUR there are many trains for YPR, although this is fastest (22133) and its occupancy is also good. But if 22133 is extended, revenue of this train will increase. Aurangabad will get direct connectivity with SUR, Gulbarga and wadi which are now connected by road only and journey is very hectic. Presently this trains runs with 18 coaches. We need to add 5 more coaches only and reduce 3 GN coaches and replace them with SL or AC (I know there may be reason to add 6 GN coaches to this train). Bangalore and Shirdi is not good. This train will give daily connectivity. i.e if this trains comes upto Aurangabad , many targets will be hit with single arrow, 1. Aurangabad- bangalore/MYS, Gulbarga connectivity. 2. Ajanta-Ellora 12th Jyotirlinga connectivity. 3. Shirdi Connectivity.

17603/04 I suggested because its very difficult to have coordination between SCR-CR on 22133/34 issue. This train's occupancy is not that much good due to its little odd timings. GR is much more preferred than this. ( atleast untill 22 jan ). And after 22 jan also I don't think that 17604/03 will get that patronage. Instead bus lobby will get benefited. The option suggested by you is also very nice. I think we can suggest this option in this budget. But also... I will prefer 17603/04 than GR. Reason, GR requires special maintenance. Recently I traveled from this train. Coaches seriously need careful attention as they are little old. This is not possible at AWB atleast now. But a normal coached train can be maintained without pit line also at AWB. (see SCR web site, AWB has some coach maintenance facility....!! :0) OR, with little bit modification currently unused 16 coach pit line at AWB can be easily used for 23 coached train. Thirdly, seeing the economical condition of Marathwada, I think people will prefer SL than 3ACSL. This extension is also feasible because train will run entirely in SCR. Again, this train runs with 18 coaches. We need to add 4SL and 1 3AC, thats it. (Haa...in both cases we will need one extra rake)
Not to loose the chance that railway will not accept both the suggestions, I also suggested separate train from AWB. Even if runs for once in a week I will be happy.
