I had lodged 2 grievances with PGportal website. I haven't received a reply. One of the issues I posted on 3rd Nov 2014, but no reply so far. Do they reply you on paper or on their site only ?
you will get reply onsite. some times u will get by post.. I posted a grievance on May 2014, stil not replied.. sent several reminders, even then no reply..
There is NO point of such sites when your entire grievances are one sided ...
my grievances is about adding one or 2 SL coaches and a FC coach in train CMNR-MYS-SBC-TPTY/MAS passenger / Express
Sir I posted a few grievances way back in October 2013,and they are still unanswered.These are but a bunch of absurd people.
Even I had raised a grievance in PG Portal in Oct 2014, and till today there is no reply. Sent multiple reminders, still no reply. Sent e-mail, no reply. Finally lodged a RTI Request for the same. Waiting for the response.
