I'm a weekly passenger in TRIVANDRUM - KANNUR JANSHATABDHI Express (both 12082/12081). For the last few months, the train (12082) was consistently late by more than one hour especially on Fridays.
I would like to suggest you to use the diesel loco engine (Engine model: WDP 4B (EMD (former GM-EMD) GT46PAC - refer the link click here for both up and down service of TVC-CAN Janshathabdi express.

IRI is not official website. You can raise your complaints in pgportal.gov.in
Regarding the use of WDP4B end to end. This can no more be used, since LP of TVC div has said big NO of DP4s. That is the reason, loco change was brought at SRR. :)

Dear Sreejith, this is not the official Railway Site, neither is it affiliated to Indian Railways in any way... Please write to Railway Board / Relevant Zone or put a grievance in PG Portal click here or approach a railway official. for the same.

Beats me! What's the problem with the present loco? It is more than enough for a train like this with a reasonable number of coaches.
