at which platform no. of borivali does swaraj exp 12472 departs
Platform 7 is in the west side.
You mean the new Platform 6A on the east. This platform is very short and not capable of accommodating the 24 coach Swaraj Express and is used for very few locals. So it can be platform 5 or 6.

Yes i was not sure with Platform number, thatswhy i mentioned Adjasent to East.

yes at andheri & borivalli long distance trains departs from platform on eastern side of station
