Its Not Booked By Locals, its a Bulk Booked Train by Pilgrims, Just for the Shake of Count SR has put this in PR..
Don't Argue to Regularize a Train which is been Booked Bulky. If u need Details Go & ask the MLMR Pilgrim Association..

What ever booking if a train running for full 6 months, there is nothing wrong to regularize it.

they wont regularize this spl...this spl is especially for MLMR pilgrims oly.....Most of the bookings is bulk bookings!!!!! Every this spl gets announced during MLMR irumudi festival season!!!!!! Even for two months SR operated RMM-CGL Bi-Weeklyvia KKDI and RMM-CGL Weekly via MDU for MLMR festival.....After RMM-CGL spl, the same rake is now used to operate TEN/NCJ-CGL SPL for a week....
