Grievance Description : Dear Sir, This is with reference to case No. 100000018946064 register for TDR against PNR 8128616831. I have register TDR request twice but it got rejected stating "passenger not traveled" However, I would like to bring your attention that I didn’t travelled with the PNR 8128616831. In fact, the same day I traveled with other PNR 8628440554 on same route. Please find attached ticket for your acknowledgement. I request you to kindly refund my ticket charges as per Indian railway rule. Thanks,
