This is just bcoz it runs via Lucknow-Hardoi-Bareilly-Moradabad--Delhi route....
from 1st Jan to 21st Jan, it had been almost 10 times of these 21 days that rescheduled LJN NDLS Shatabdi departed LJN between 5PM to 7PM and reached NDLS just 1-2 hrs before LKO NDLS Rajdhani (Note: it departs from LKO @ 11:30 PM).
Even LKO NDLS Mail also reaches NDLS by 8 AM in worst case, whereas Bihar SK, Vaishali departs from LKO/LJN before LKO Mail and gets lost in fog and reached NDLS after 12 noon in many cases!!!
