Delicacy on branch section . One can had this Aloo-Banda in local language ( known gererally as Aloo Pakoda ) at this station .Tastes best when it is hot with green chilli .

Yes but they should clean the leaf before serving. I have seen many time the leaves are covered with dust especially at the edges.
