I guess that line is for NTPC new thermal plant near Hotgi they are paying for entire cost ...

Construction of New broadgauge line started between hotgi & solapur.
Presently there is no metergauge line between solapur & hotgi.

That's good On MG old line land IR will put BG line with exp. by NTPC. But IR is going to use this line form their purpose also or for NTPC only?
I think this line is for reduce the freight overlode of hotgi solapur line..
& one loop line will go to NTPC..
