Everyone knows if a train is running late, ONLY RailFans know WHY it is late

This train is shifted to SWR, all the four rakes are maintained at SBC/SWR, actually because of the RSA one rake was saved. Its like SWR added a rake in the Island Express Link of 3 rakes and running both the trains, Earlier both the trains would lie at CAPE from Morning-Evening and Evening-Morning respectively which is avoided now, because of which one rake is saved
