I object judge-sahaab. Ofcourse demands need to be considered. You simply can't run any train at any route, especially not a train like Shatabdi. Your train may be imaginary, but has to be in sync with reality. IMG Trains section is not a toy, it reflects your view, your good ideas, your understanding of IR network. However, not sure whether there is demand for this train. Hence not flagging.
