All of you will say it is a "WAP 7" because the Cabin of the loco has "Speedometer" like WAP 7 and "Front Panel" also like WAP 7.
But it's not WAP 7. In reality it's the Cabin of MGS WAP 4 22938 the Picture of Which has been captured at Howrah Station by IRFCA member Sundar Mukherjee .
