SDAH GHY ka toh pata nahi par KOAA NHLN bohot zaroori hai. Army Eastern Command ka HQ Fort William, Kolkata mein hai and HQ se Arunachal ki connectivity ke liye ye train bohot important hai. I think Army has definitely asked about a KOAA NHLN train and defence is prominent focus of "Modi sarkaar."
