40 Crores are demanded by SECR for upgrading Bilaspur Coaching Complex for maintenance of LHB coaches,Bilaspur DRM is expecting more LHB trains to start from Bilaspur in future,coaching complex at Korba is going to start soon while 2 new PFs are also going to be constructed at Korba.....with this he hoped that KRBA R intercity is going to be announced in this rail budget while 2-3 more new trains from Bilaspur to Mumbai,Varanasi,Indore etc are demanded which may also find place in this rail budget.....now fingers crossed for Rail Budget 2015
